Ok i am definitely impressed. This was a great episode,a excellent intro to veganism and offered awesome documentaries to watch like What the Health. To have a show dedicated to health and wellness says a lot about the creator. Raq and Dame make a great team. Raq actually cooked vegan crab cakes, i love seafood so knowing that vegan cakes are an option helps tremendously. Raq also did a yoga demonstration that Dame was supposed to participate in lol, you gotta watch that one, she did amazing. I enjoyed the Dr. segment which taught different natural remedies to boost your immune system. Im ecstatic to see more episodes!
